Open Week is coming! This opportunity only comes once a year. All iStage performing arts classes will beFREE for this one week only! Limited space, first come, first serve!

This Open Week schedule follows our Autumn-Winter semester timetable. Classes can now be booked! Please fill the Registration Form before you book the class.


New program structure
From 2018 Autumn-Winter semester, iStage will follow the new performing arts course structure. Six levels including Mini Stars, Little Performers, Young Performers, Foundation Courses, Academy Courses andAdult Courses are included in the new structure. Levels progress gradually while each level still remains independent. 





Academic team

Karina Bes. 
Karina has experience in many different styles of stage. She attended the 2007 Directors Lab in Lincoln Center Theater which is the stage all the performers are longing for. During her almost twenty-year career, Karina has had many great directing credits around the world including Cabaret, MoulinRouge, The Hummingbirds, Levittown, Lucky, Christiane and The Wild Party. As a performer, she played lead roles in many musicals such as The Wild Party, Rent and Jesus Christ Superstar. She was also a lead singer of the musical theater Duo. 

Karina also has a variety of experience in teaching including singing, acting and theater to children and adults, both private and in groups through out the Netherlands.


Minyi Li
Minyi is a passionate music educator. She Holds a M.A degree in Music and Music Education from Columbia University, as well as a Kodaly Certification from New York University. She has also successfully completed Level I Exams in Dalcroze Eurhythmics from Kaufman music center and earned her Orff Level 1 Certification from New York City Chapter of the American Orff Schulwerk Association. 

Minyi has also taught piano class for long time. In graduate school, she taught piano class for adult graduate students and prepare them to perform in the recital. Also, she worked as piano and music theory teacher in Musipire professional Music Education school, a lot of her students perform excellent in NYSSMA and ABRSM exams.


Britany Morgan
Britany Morgan is from the USA. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts with an Acting Emphasis from Stephens College. In 2012 she began teaching Salsa dancing workshops for the Kansas State Thespian Festival and has continued working with the International Thespian Society. After graduating she worked with multiple schools across Kansas teaching workshops, choreographing shows, and directing.

Then Britany worked at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. She served as their Technical Director and ran the TOMARI Technical Theatre Arts and Technology Center from Fall of 2015 till Spring of 2017. She mentored designers in all disciplines including Scenic design, Costume, Props, Scenic Painting, Lighting, Stage Management, and Choreography. she was asked to work for Starlight Theatre in Kansas City during their Spring Break Camps as their Technical Theatre instructor. She taught the basics of how to develop designs for sets, props, costumes, and makeup and how to go from paper to full product. She also taught at Leavenworth High School as their Theatre, Speech, and Forensics teacher and served as the Assistant Debate Coach, Head Forensics/Speech Coach, and Assistant Theatre Director.

During her time at Kansas high school she managed creative teams for 2 shows: The Addams Family and Jekyll and Hyde. Both shows were shown at the Kansas State Thespian Festival.


Julie S. 
Julie is a choreographer, performer, teacher. She was a dancer of Kharkov Professional Modern Ballet studio and theatre. She also participated in a great many of performance as a professional dancer, such as International Contact Improvisation festivals, 1st Hangzhou International Dance Festival, GOGOL Festival and TOTEM dance solo festival in Kiev, the Ukrainian Open Dance Festival “About Spring”. She was rewarded by many national competitions such as the grand-pix on the 5th Dance Ukrainian Cup at Release Dance Complex, the winner of Moscow “5 solo project”.

Her classes and workshops offer an exchange and research vehicle, exploring composition through improvisation, choreography and anatomy.

1. All the musical theatre classes will be arranged by the age of the students. 
2. Our teachers will evaluate each student at open week class. Suggestions will be given to any student who is eligible to enroll in the higher level.
